BACS Intermediary Service – In order to use the BACS service you will need to contact your bank and request a BACS User Number (BUN) along with the application forms, which you then send on for us to complete the relevant sections before submission to the bank.

Standing Order Mandates – All clients are required to complete a standing order mandate when they sign up for services with us, this is monthly as are the invoices we raise.

Money Laundering Regulations – In order to comply with the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 we are required to carry out checks on all new clients.

Data Protection – Dreampay operates its business stringently to ensure full compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
